The work tracks and layers light as filmed over a three hour period in the artist’s studio. This daily dance is the result of three simple elements: an extraction fan, the California sun and intermittent wind. The light is traced in a forward and backward movement simultaneously, with the same logic applied to the accompanying audio composed and performed by Lori Scacco.
